Terms of Service
- On delivery, the rented product will be clean and in good condition. It must be returned in the same condition.
- On receipt, the full amount will be paid in cash.
- If it is returned before the agreed date, the difference will not be refunded.
- At the time of delivery, a deposit of €20.00 must be provided. Any damage, lack of cleaning, broken parts, etc. will be deducted from this deposit.
- The product must be returned on the agreed day and time. After checking the condition of the rented product, the €20.00 deposit will be returned where applicable.
- In the event of a fault, you must contact Rent It so the product can be replaced as soon as possible. The customer will be responsible for repair costs if the fault was caused by misuse of the product.
- If changes are made to the booking, you must notify Rent It by email and you will receive a new confirmation. Changes can only be communicated by email up to 2 weeks before the initially scheduled delivery date. Otherwise, you must notify us by phone on (0034) 687 19 03 09.
- If, when making the booking, the campsite has not assigned you a specific pitch number, you must communicate this information by phone on (0034)687 19 03 09 as soon as you have it.
